Product description GEZE TS 5000 R
The GEZE TS 5000 R is a door closer for single-leaf doors with a door leaf width of up to 1400 mm. In this version, the popular GEZE TS 5000 door closer is equipped with an electric hold-open device and a smoke switch. The closing force of the GEZE TS 5000 R is continuously adjustable from EN 2-6 and the supply voltage is 230 V AC. The door closer can be used for right or left-hinged doors without conversion, and the electric hold-open function is located in the slide rail with a hold-open range of 80° to 130°.
The integrated smoke control centre monitors the integrated smoke switch and closes the door automatically in the event of a fire. The smoke switch has a contamination indicator and automatic alarm threshold tracking. Depending on the installation conditions, additional smoke switches can be connected.
The hydraulic backcheck accelerates the door shortly before it reaches the ‘door closed’ end position, thus supporting safe door closing. If a user opens the door too forcefully, the integrated backcheck safely slows down the door movement, protecting the material and mechanics.
